This research aims to determine the most optimal combination of machining parameters in the process of creating letters and images based on CAD/CAM using a 3-Axis CNC Milling machine. The tested parameters include spindle speed, feed rate, and depth of cut. Fifteen parameter combinations were tested to evaluate their effects on dimensional accuracy and machining time. The object was designed using SolidWorks, while CAM programming and G-code generation were performed using Mastercam. The experiments were conducted on aluminum material using a VMC640 CNC Milling machine. The results showed that the most optimal parameter combination was a spindle speed of 8000 rpm, feed rate of 1000 mm/min, and depth of cut of 0.5 mm, resulting in dimensional accuracy of ±0.09 mm and efficient machining time. This study proves that proper selection of machining parameters can significantly improve the quality and efficiency of the production process using a 3-Axis CNC Milling machine.en_US
