    Abstract
This research is motivated by the growing public awareness of the importance of maintaining physical health through regular physical activities such as running, walking, and cycling. Technological advancements have supported this healthy lifestyle trend through the emergence of fitness applications, one of which is Strava. However, users still experience several technical issues such as GPS disruptions and language limitations. This study aims to analyze the influence of perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness on user satisfaction of the Strava application in Medan City. The research employed a quantitative method with an associative approach, involving 100 respondents who are active users of the Strava application. The results show that both independent variables have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction. Perceived ease of use contributes 25.3%, while perceived usefulness contributes 43.4% to user satisfaction. Simultaneously, these two variables explain 68.4% of the variation in user satisfaction. These findings highlight the importance of ease of use and perceived benefits of the application in enhancing user satisfaction, and provide recommendations for developers to continuously improve features that align with user needs.
