In the face of increasingly competitive job market competition, job readiness is an important aspect that every college graduate must possess. Students need to be equipped with a combination of academic knowledge, field experience, and strong work motivation. Therefore, identifying the factors that influence job readiness is crucial. This study was conducted to examine the influence of several key factors on student job readiness. This study aims to determine the influence of Certified Internship Program Experience, Academic Achievement, and Work Interest on the job readiness of students in the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of North Sumatra. This study is an associative quantitative study, and the type of data used is primary data. The data used were obtained from the results of a questionnaire administered to 73 respondents in the field, which were then processed. The analysis methods used were descriptive statistical analysis and multiple linear regression. The population of this study consists of 265 students from the Faculty of Economics and Business, class of 2021. The analysis results indicate that, partially, all three independent variables have a positive and significant influence on work readiness. Academic Achievement is the most dominant variable influencing work readiness, followed by Career Interest as the second most dominant variable. Meanwhile, Certified Internship Program Experience also significantly contributes to enhancing students' Work Readiness. Simultaneously, the three variables collectively have a positive and significant influence on the Work Readiness of FEB USU students. These findings indicate the importance of integrating practical experience, academic achievements, and intrinsic motivation in preparing students for the workforce.
