dc.description.abstracthis research aims to design and create a CNC laser machine based on Arduino Nano that can be used for high-precision engraving on various types of media optimally. This CNC laser machine is designed to provide an affordable and flexible solution, allowing users to perform cutting and engraving on non-metallic materials such as wood, MDF, and thin acrylic. The study analyzes the integration of the Arduino system with a diode laser to achieve optimal levels of precision and efficiency. The results of the tests indicate that the CNC laser machine can effectively engrave materials, with optimal speeds varying for each type of media. In tests using wood media, the optimal speed was found to be 400 mm/min with a laser intensity of 200, resulting in thick, stable, and neat engravings. Meanwhile, for acrylic media, the best speed was 500 mm/min, which provided the clearest engraving with minimal chipping. The findings of this research are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of more economical and user-friendly CNC technology.en_US
