dc.description.abstract | Teachers in the 3T (Outermost, Frontier, Disadvantaged) Regions face various
complex challenges in realizing quality education. For this reason, teachers need
grit to be able to survive and persevere despite facing various challenges. One of
the factors that influences grit is the type mindset owned by individuals. This study
aims to determine the differences grit when viewed from the type mindset on
teachers in the 3T area. This study uses a comparative method. The population in
this study were teachers in the 3T area of North Nias Regency. The sampling
technique used was cluster random sampling, with a sample size of 109 people.
Data analysis using the method One way ANOVA. The results of this study indicate
that there are differences grit when viewed from the type mindset on teachers in the
3T area with a significance value of p < 0.001 (p < 0.05). In addition, the results of
the study also showed that teachers with growth mindset own grit which is higher
compared to teachers who have fixed mindset. | en_US |
