The manuscript of Poda Ni Hata-Hata Ni Pagar Pamuhunan (No.Inv.3052/07.237) is one of the collections kept in the State Museum of North Sumatra Province, under the Department of Culture, Tourism, and Creative Economy. This research aims to present transliteration, text translation, manuscript identity, and manuscript analysis process through standard edition approach. The theory used in this research is philological theory, with a qualitative method that applies the standard edition single manuscript approach. The results show that this manuscript can be transliterated and translated from Simalungun Batak script into Indonesian, although there is damage on some pages. The research identified eighteen important aspects of the manuscript, including title, manuscript number, repository, origin, size, thickness, number of lines per page, material, text form, age, author, origin, and summary. In addition, there were also comments on errors and irregularities in the writing of the letters, new script variations were found and the writing of characters that were not written in parallel, but were written both above and below other characters.
