The Tebing Tinggi-Indrapura Toll Road Rest Area Construction Project Zone A worth
Rp209,026,536,000 with a duration of 275 calendar days faces various potential risks due to
the large scope of work and limited time. This research aims to identify risks that arise during project implementation, analyze the level of risk that has an impact on time and cost, and formulate a strategy for handling it. The method used is descriptive quantitative with data collection through questionnaires to 35 project respondents. The data was analyzed using Severity Index and Probability Impact Matrix and tested for validity and reliability through SPSS version 27. Of the 26 risk variables, 11% were classified as high risk, 62% medium, and 27% low. The main risks include mismatch of drawings and field conditions, erratic weather, and schedule delays. Mitigation recommendations include thorough technical surveys, regular weather monitoring, and scheduling using the critical path method.
