    Abstract
    Humans are the key to a company's success in achieving its predetermined goals, as they serve as the driving force behind all business activities. CV. Super Jati is a furniture manufacturer that operates through five workstations: sanding, spray, glue, painting, and finishing. The tasks are performed manually and repetitively over a 10-hour workday, which not only increases the risk of fatigue but also worsens workers' health conditions if ergonomic postures are not maintained, potentially leading to Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSDS). This study aims to identify MSDS complaints using the PLIBEL method and analyze repetitive work using the Occupational Repetitive Action (OCRA) method. Data was collected through the PLIBEL questionnaire to determine affected body parts, and direct observation was conducted to assess the frequency of repetitive work as input data for the OCRA method. The results showed that the neck, shoulders, and upper back experienced the highest number of complaints, followed by the knees and hips. In the repetitive work assessment, four workers were found to have moderate to high OCRA Index values. Based on these findings, improvements were proposed to reduce MSDS complaints by adjusting the working hours to 8 hours and 30 minutes, incorporating a 1-hour lunch break and a 30-minute short break. Additionally, repetitive work optimization was suggested by eliminating ineffective tasks, resulting in a reduced work cycle time. The implementation of these improvements is expected to mitigate MSDS complaints.
