This study aims to analyze the influence of Financial knowledge and elements of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) on the use of Shopee PayLater among Vocational Faculty students, University of North Sumatra. Using a survey method with 88 respondents and multiple linear regression analysis, the study found that Financial knowledge, Business Expectations, and Social Influences have a positive and significant effect on the use of Shopee PayLater. Meanwhile, Performance Expectations and Supporting Facilities do not have a significant effect. The Adjusted R² value of 45.7% indicates that the research model has good explanatory power. These findings support the Financial Literacy Theory and the UTAUT model, and emphasize the importance of financial education and ease of service to encourage the adoption of PayLater.en_US
