Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Jagung Hibrida (Zea Mays L.) Varietas Ruby Advanta Dengan Pemberian Pupuk Hayati Di Kecamatan Namorambe Kabupaten Deli Serdang

Abstract

Growth and Production of Hybrid Maize (Zea mays L.) Variety Ruby Advanta with Biofertilizer Application in Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency (under the guidance of HOT SETIADO as Supervisory Commission) This study aims to obtain the growth and production of hybrid corn (Zea Mays L.) Ruby Advanta variety to the provision of biological fertilizer in Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency. This study was conducted on Jln. Becek, Namorambe District, Deli Serdang Regency from May to August 2023. This study used a Randomized Block Design (RAK) with one treatment factor consisting of 3 levels, namely B0 (without provision of biological fertilizer), B1 (fertilizer administration with a dose of 2 ml / Liter), and B2 (fertilizer administration with a dose of 4 ml / Liter), the observations observed were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, male flowering age, female flowering age, harvest age, cob length, cob diameter, and plant cob weight. The results of the study showed that the provision of biofertilizer had a significant effect on the plant height, stem diameter, the number of leaves, and cob weight of the plant, , while the parameters that did not have a significant effect were the age of male flowering and the age of female flowering, harvest age, cob length, cob diameter
