Final semester students often experience high psychological pressure, especially when facing their final project or thesis. This pressure can trigger stress that impacts psychological well-being. Medical school students are among the most vulnerable groups due to the rigorous education system, heavy academic load, and pressure to become a competent medical professional. The concept of self-reward emerged as a way to reduce stress and maintain psychological well-being. Selfreward is understood as a form of personal reward that individuals give to themselves after succesfully achieving a target or completing a certain task. This research uses a qualitative approach, where data i collected through in-depth interviews with a number of selected informants. The results showed that the practice of self-reward is able to have a positive impact on students such as in the aspects of self-acceptance, positive relationships with others, autonomy, mastery of the environment, life goals, and self-growth. Although self-reward is not very important, the end result of self-reward can have a positive impact om those who do self-reward.en_US
