    Abstract
    As the need for safety and health increases, wearable technology continues to evolve to support early detection of bodily conditions that can impact productivity and safety, including drowsiness detection. This study aims to develop a vibrate band based on the ESP32 microcontroller, using the MAX30102 sensor to detect drowsiness levels in users. The MAX30102 sensor functions to monitor physiological signals, such as heart rate and heart rate variability (HRV), which are indicators of alertness levels and potential drowsiness. Data generated by the sensor is processed by the ESP32, which then activates a vibration motor to provide a warning in the form of vibrations if increased drowsiness levels are detected. This prototype is expected to become an effective wearable solution for detecting drowsiness, especially in situations requiring high alertness, such as driving or industrial work. The results of this study indicate that ESP32 and MAX30102-based technology has great potential to be applied in early drowsiness warning systems, providing a positive contribution to preventing risks due to excessive drowsiness in work and transportation environments.
