The growing need for environmentally friendly recreational areas near the city of Medan highlights the urgency of developing tourist destinations that not only provide economic benefits but also consider sustainability aspects. Deli Serdang, with its abundant natural resources, particularly in the Pancur Batu area holds great potential that has yet to be fully utilized. Although this area is experiencing rapid development, it still lacks integrated and sustainable planning as a tourist destination. This report proposes the design of a tourism area in Deli Serdang using an ecological architecture approach, integrating the concepts of a floating market and an aviary. The design aims to create a tourist destination that is educational, environmentally friendly, and iconic. By utilizing natural potentials such as the lake in the Pancur Batu area, the project is designed to support sustainability in terms of environmental, social, and economic aspects.en_US
