UD Hesty is a garment company that produces school uniforms and faces challenges in determining the optimal production quantity. These challenges are due to limited raw materials. Inaccurate decisions can lead to inefficient resource use and reduced profits. This study aims to optimize the production quantity of school uniforms at UD Hesty using the Integer Linear Programming approach and the Branch and Bound method. The objective function is to maximize profit while considering resource constraints. The modeling is performed using POM-QM for Windows software to efficiently obtain the optimal solution. The results show that this method can increase the production quantity from 320 units to 335 units and raise the profit from Rp 8,135,000.00 to Rp 8,598,000.00. Sensitivity analysis on the coefficients of the objective function and the right-hand side of the constraints also provides valuable information for strategic production decisionmaking
