Sistem Informasi Berbasis Web untuk Manajemen Jemaat dan Kegiatan Gereja GBI Pelita Medan

Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based information system to support congregation management and church activity coordination at GBI Pelita Medan. The system is built using modern technologies such as PHP and MySQL, enabling efficient and user-friendly access for both church members and administrators. Key features of the system include worship scheduling, church news updates, activity management, and other important information related to GBI Pelita Medan. The system is expected to enhance communication between the church and its congregation, as well as enable real-time updates on church-related information. Additionally, the study proposes the development of supplementary features such as social media integration, reporting and data analytics, and a responsive interface to improve user interaction. The implementation of this system is expected to bring various benefits, including increased efficiency in church management, easier access to information for the congregation, and better organization of church activities. Overall, the application of this web-based information system is intended to strengthen spiritual services and enhance the worship experience for all members of GBI Pelita Medan.
