Perancangan Sistem Pemesanan dan Pengantaran Air Minum Isi Ulang Berbasis Website untuk Mendukung Efisiensi Operasional pada Toko Lubis Water

Abstract

Lubis Water Store is a business engaged in the service of ordering and delivering refillable drinking water (gallons). The current manual process of ordering and recording transactions leads to low operational efficiency and potential data recording errors. To address these issues, a web-based information system was designed to facilitate customers in placing orders and assist administrators in managing product data, orders, customers, and sales reports. This system was developed using software engineering methods and tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure all functions operate according to user requirements. The test results show that the system successfully produces appropriate outputs and functions effectively. The implementation of this system improves the operational efficiency and accuracy of Lubis Water Store and supports the digital transformation of its customer service.
