dc.description.abstractBackground: Some fashion stores still use manual sales summarization methods such as notebooks or simple spreadsheets. Large sales that are not well managed and lack of data analysis can cause difficulties in understanding data analysis and making quick and precise decisions. Objective: This research aims to provide information about an effective Excel dashboard to facilitate sales data analysis at fashion stores, so that it can support faster decision making and can increase sales profits. Method: This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach. Where the data used is obtained through the Dummy data collection method. Result: This dashboard displays several sales data visualizations that present various information about fashion store sales, making it easier for business people to make decisions quickly and accurately. Conclusion: The resulting Excel dashboard can be applied to fashion stores to increase sales profits and monitor sales performance analysis that can support strategic decision making.en_US
