The Influence Of Work Motivation, Career Development, And Work Discipline On Employee Performance At Bank Sumut Central
Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation, career development, and compensation on employee performance at PT Bank SUMUT Head Office. This research uses a quantitative approach, with both primary and secondary data as the types of data used. The data analysis method employed is descriptive quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT Bank SUMUT, totaling 495 people, and a sample of 222 respondents was obtained using the Proportional Random Sampling technique. The results of this study indicate that the work motivation variable has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank SUMUT Head Office. Career development also has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank SUMUT Head Office. Work discipline has a partially positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Bank SUMUT Head Office. Furthermore, the simultaneous test shows that work motivation, career development, and work discipline collectively have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Employment PT Bank SUMUT Head Office.
