Perancangan Sistem Informasi Keanggotaan dan Kegiatan Komunitas "The Worshipper Of God"

Abstract

Background: "The Worshipper of God" religious community is an organization that plays an important role in spiritual development and religious activities, yet still experiences limitations in managing membership data and coordinating activities digitally. Along with the increasing number of members and complexity of community activities, the development of digital-based information systems becomes an important solution to enhance organizational management effectiveness. Objective: This research aims to develop and implement an integrated information system that can support membership management efficiency, facilitate activity coordination, and improve internal communication within "The Worshipper of God" community. Method: The methods used are direct observation, interviews with community administrators and members, as well as system testing based on website developed using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL database technologies. This system includes features such as member data management, membership registration, activity scheduling, notification system, attendance history, community activity reports, and internal discussion forum. Results: System implementation shows improvements in member data management efficiency, reduction in attendance recording error rates, and increased member participation in community activities. Additionally, activity coordination processes and internal communication become more organized and well-documented. Conclusion: The use of integrated information systems provides positive impact on the effectiveness of management and coordination capacity of religious communities. This system represents a form of technology adaptation that supports community management transformation toward a more modern and efficient direction.
