Pengaruh Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience, dan Financial Self-Efficacy terhadap Financial Behavior pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Sumatera Utara

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of financial knowledge, financial experience, and financial self-efficacy on financial behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of North Sumatra. This study is quantitative in nature. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of North Sumatra. The study population was all students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of North Sumatra. Using the Slovin formula, 100 students were sampled from the faculty. Multiple linear regression analysis techniques were used for the analysis. The results indicate that Financial Knowledge, Financial Experience, and Financial Self-Efficacy partially have a positive and significant effect on Financial Behavior. Financial knowledge, financial experience, and financial self-efficacy account for 83.3% of financial behavior among students at the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of North Sumatra.
