Abstract

The construction industry is one sector that has a significant impact on a country's economic growth. The quality of work in construction projects is one of the main focuses because it affects not only customer satisfaction but also the overall project outcome. In this case, analysis of the factors that influence the quality of work becomes very important to ensure the success and sustainability of construction projects. The method used in this research is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is a framework for making effective decisions on complex problems by simplifying and speeding up the decision-making process by breaking the problem into its parts, arranging parts or variables in a hierarchical order, assigning numerical values to subjective judgments about the importance of each variable and synthesize various considerations to determine which variables have the highest priority. From the research results, factors that influence the quality of the HM Underpass Development construction project. Yamin District. East Medan, Medan City, has 5 criteria and 20 sub-criteria.
