This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational communication effectiveness and religious leadership on member loyalty in the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Unity organization. The method used is a quantitative correlational approach with a population of the central board of the Indonesian Muslim Student Action Unity. The sample taken was 154 respondents using the Yamane sampling technique. The results of the data analysis show that organizational communication has a significant effect on member loyalty by 54.9% with a correlation value of 0.741, which means it has a strong influence. In addition, religious leadership also has a significant effect on member loyalty by 42.5% with a correlation value of 0.652, which means it has a strong influence. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that effective communication in an organization can strengthen relationships between members, increase the sense of involvement, and motivate members to be more loyal to the goals and values of the organization. Strong religious leadership based on religious values also has a significant impact on member loyalty, which reflects the importance of a leader figure who leads with integrity, exemplary behavior, and spiritual closeness.en_US
