The Influence of Communication, Teamwork and Organizational Culture on the Performance of Employees of PT. Perkebunan Nusantara (Ptpn) IV Medan, Sumatera Utara
Abstract
This research is motivated by the decline in the performance of some employees at PT. The
Nusantara IV Medan Plantation is not in line with the expectations of the management.
This phenomenon is suspected to be related to weak internal communication, lack of
effectiveness of teamwork, and an organizational culture that is not optimal. The purpose
of this study is to determine the influence of communication, teamwork, and organizational
culture on employee performance. The study used an associative quantitative approach with
multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Data was collected from 181 respondents
using a questionnaire and processed through SPSS. The results show that simultaneously
and partially, the three independent variables have a positive and significant effect on
performance. These findings confirm that improving the quality of communication, team
synergy, and organizational culture are critical in driving employee performance.
