This study aims to determine whether organizational commitment plays a positive role in job satisfaction among teachers at the inclusive school SDS Model Al-Azhar in Medan City. Job satisfaction refers to how a person feels about their job and various aspects of it. One variable related to job satisfaction is organizational commitment. Organizational commitment is a psychological state that characterizes the relationship between an employee or teacher and the organization, influencing their decision to remain in or leave the organization. This study involved 37 teachers as respondents using a total sampling technique. The measurement tools used were a scale adapted by Diva, Gustriana, and Tambunan (2025) based on Meyer & Allen’s (1991) organizational commitment theory, consisting of 15 items, and a job satisfaction scale developed by Natasya (2024) based on Spector’s (2022) job satisfaction theory, consisting of 36 items. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression with the help of the JASP application. The results of the analysis showed that organizational commitment plays a role in job satisfaction, as indicated by a significance value of p = 0.002 (p<0.05). The role of organizational commitment in predicting teachers’ job satisfaction was 25%.en_US
