dc.description.abstractHuman Resources (HR) are one of the most important assets within an organization or company. PDAM TIRTANADI is one of the Regional-Owned Enterprises (BUMD) operating in the water utility sector. This study aims to determine the influence of compensation and job transfers (mutations) on employee performance. The population in this study includes all employees at the PDAM branch office, totaling 35 employees. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, in which the entire population is included as the sample. Data was collected through the distribution of questionnaires using a Likert scale to 35 respondents. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that partially, the compensation variable has a t-value of 1.393, which is less than the t-table value of 2.037, with a significance level of 0.173, which is greater than 0.05. This indicates that compensation does not have a significant effect on job transfers. Meanwhile, the job transfer variable has a t-value of 4.257, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.037, with a significance level of 0.001, which is less than 0.05. This means that job transfers have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, the variables of compensation and job transfers have an F-value of 21.061, which is greater than the F-table value of 3.29, with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. This indicates that compensation and job transfers together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination (R²) is 54.1%, meaning that the variables of compensation and job transfers jointly influence 54.1% of employee performance at PDAM TIRTANADI.en_US
