Pengaruh Facilitating Conditions dan Kualitas Sistem Informasi Terhadap Kepuasan Pengguna Layanan Electronic Custom Declaration Pada KPPBC Bandara Internasional Kualanamu Medan

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of facilitating conditions and information system quality on user satisfaction with the e-CD service at Kualanamu International Airport. This is an associative study using quantitative data. The population consists of users of the e-CD service at Kualanamu Airport. The sample size is 100 respondents, selected using purposive sampling with the criteria of being over 17 years old and having used the e-CD service at least once. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, and data processing was conducted using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that, partially, both facilitating conditions and information system quality have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction with the e-CD service. Simultaneous significance testing also shows that facilitating conditions and information system quality jointly have a positive and significant influence on user satisfaction. The adjusted R square value of 0.567 indicates that the independent variables explain 56.7% of the variation in the dependent variable.
