The performance of a lecturer can be seen from the achievement of the Tri Dharma of higher education. The phenomenon that occurs is that the performance of lecturers at the State Aviation Polytechnic in Indonesia fluctuates. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of Networking Capability, Organizational Identification, and Knowledge Sharing on the Human Resources Performance of lecturers at the State Aviation Polytechnic in Indonesia, with Pro- Growth Constructive Interaction as a mediating variable. The research design used is descriptive. The population of this study is the lecturers of State Aviation Polytechnic in Indonesia, with a sample size of 133 permanent lecturers from 7 State Aviation Polytechnics in Indonesia. Data primer oleh responden, dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Structural Equation Modeling. Hasil penelitian pada pengujian langsung menyatakan bahwa: 1) Networking Capability berpengaruh positf dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Identification; 2) Networking Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Knowledge Sharing; 3) Networking Capability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction. 4) Organizational Identification berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap Pro-Growth Constructive interaction. 5) Organizational Identification berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap Knowlegde Sharing. 6) Knowledge Sharing tidak berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performnaces. 7) Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performances, 8) Networking capability berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performances, 9) Organizational Identification berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performances, 10) Knowledge Sharing berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Pro- Growth Constructive Interaction. Sedangkan berdasarkan pengujian tidak langsung yaitu: 1) Networking Capability tidak berpengaruh positf pada Human Resources Performances melalui Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction; 2) Networking Capability dan Organizational Identification berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performances melalui pro-growth contructive interaction. 3) Organizational Identification berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Human Resources Performances melalui Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction; 4) Knowledge Sharing tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performance melalui Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction. 5) Networking Capability, Organizational Identification, Knowledge Sharing, Pro-Growth Constructive Interaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Human Resources Performances.
