Limited urban land encourages the construction of tall buildings, such as the Tower-1 Inpatient Building at Haji Medan Hospital, which requires secure foundations. To ensure the safety of the foundation design, this research uses 3D PLAXIS modeling to simulate the performance of spun pile foundations. The simulation was validated through field tests (SPT and loading test) as well as analytical methods (Davisson, Mazurkiewicz, and Chin) to increase the accuracy of the simulation results. This approach aims to achieve more efficient and safer foundation planning. This research specifically analyzes the axial and lateral bearing capacity of spun piles based on SPT data, interpretation methods (Davisson, Chin, Mazurkiewicz), and loading test results. In addition, evaluation of elastic settlement is carried out on both single piles and pile groups using various methods. The field test results were then compared with the PLAXIS-3D modeling using two material models, namely Mohr-Coulomb and Hardening-Soil, to determine the most accurate approach in optimizing pile foundation design. The analysis shows that the spun pile load capacity is 312.46 tons (SPT) and 330.20 tons (manometer), with the Davisson method (410 tons) being the closest to reality. Single (17.96 mm) and group (49,1 mm) pole drops were safe, while group efficiency varied (69.28–95.61%). The safe lateral load is 11.5 tons, and the PLAXIS (Hardening-Soil 9.26 mm) simulation is more accurate than Mohr-Coulomb (10.99 mm). The foundation meets all safety criteria, so the Davisson method and the Hardening-Soil model are recommended.en_US
