O 14001 and ISO 45001 have an important role in the management of the environment also health and safety. Both standards have complementary roles in supporting HSE. This research analyzes reversible relationship between ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HSE programs with interview methods analyzed using NVivo and questionnaires with Python. The results showed that research variable questions on the questionnaire are valid with r count>r table (0.444), p-value<0.05. Cronbach's alpha value for variable X1, X2, and Y1 > 0.7. The T test results all have a t-count> t table value and sig.<0.05. The results of F test have significant F value<0.05 shows that ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 have a significant positive effect on HSE. The Spearman Rank correlation coefficient shows that reversible relationship between ISO 14001 and HSE is strongly significant also between ISO 45001 and HSE showing a very strong significant positive relationship. Interview analysis using NVivo shows a close relationship between ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and HSE through word cloud, treemap, and mind map. Dominant words such as safety and environment emphasize the relationship of both standards to HSE. The hierarchy diagram shows that operational aspects, support, and performance evaluation are the focus of both ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 implementation. Operational control, preparedness, and audit of HSE implementation. The research shows reversible relationship between ISO 14001, ISO 45001 to the success of HSE system effectiveness at PT Samudra Oceaneering.en_US
