Background: The advancement of information technology has emphasized the
need for structured and efficient data management systems, particularly within
informal education communities. Many such organizations still lack integrated
tools to support data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
Objective: This study aims to develop an interactive dashboard named VOLTAS
(Volunteer & Learners Tracking Academic System) to visualize and analyze the
relationship between volunteer qualifications and student development within a
non-formal educational community.
Method: The dashboard was developed using Microsoft Excel enhanced with
Macros and VBA programming. The data were analyzed descriptively and
presented through interactive visuals that display trends in volunteer engagement,
student attendance, and academic progress.
Results: VOLTAS successfully provides dynamic visual insights into the
correlation between volunteer participation and student achievement. It serves as
a practical tool for tracking student progress and evaluating volunteer
contributions over time.
Conclusion: The VOLTAS dashboard offers a comprehensive data visualization
and analysis solution that enhances educational management and supports
sustainable evaluation processes in community-based learning environments.
