This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of gender diversity and transformational leadership on employee performance through job satisfaction at PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Distribusi Sumatera Utara. The research involved all structural and non-structural employees working at the company's office, totaling 195 respondents. The analytical method used is multivariate analysis with structural equation modeling (SEM) supported by the Smart PLS-4 software. The findings reveal that the factor with the strongest positive and significant influence on employee performance is gender diversity, followed by transformational leadership and job satisfaction. Furthermore, transformational leadership shows a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, while gender diversity does not significantly affect job satisfaction. Job satisfaction is found to mediate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance, but it does not mediate the relationship between gender diversity and employee performance.
