With the continuous increase in urban air temperature, an effort is needed to overcome it. In designing a hotel and Convention Center that is expected to be a gathering place for people, this place must provide comfort but not damage the surrounding environment. Because of this, the concept of green architecture is used. The building is expected to reduce environmental impact. This research aims to organize the architectural design of a multifunctional building that combines commercial, educational, and social functions. The method used is qualitative, with data collection through observation. Analysis is done descriptively through analyzing the site, shape, mass of the building, and the needs. The building is designed with attention to energy efficiency, natural lighting, and good air circulation, as well as the use of environmentally friendly materials. The design results show that the integration of functional needs and sustainability principles can produce a design that is responsive to today's urban and social challenges. This report is expected to be a reference in designing buildings that are adaptive, innovative, and in line with the principles of sustainable development.en_US
