dc.description.abstract | Medan, one of the largest cities in Indonesia, is experiencing rapid urbanization and significant environmental challenges. The construction of Merdeka Apartment + SOHO with a green architecture approach is crucial to meet the need for comfortable and sustainable housing. Merdeka Apartment + SOHO is designed to provide efficient and eco-friendly living spaces, enhancing the quality of life for the local community by reducing environmental impact, conserving energy, and creating a healthier living environment. The development of SOHO (Small Office Home Office), especially with a green architecture approach, integrates residence and workplace, reduces daily mobility, and suppresses energy consumption and carbon emissions. With natural lighting, cross ventilation, and environmentally friendly materials coupled with other green architecture aspects, Apartments and SOHOs will create an efficient, healthy, and sustainable environment, supporting a flexible modern lifestyle. | en_US |
