dc.description.abstract | This study aims to determine whether there is a role of teacher efficacy on job satisfaction in inclusive school teachers at SDS Model Al-Azhar Medan. Teacher efficacy refers to a teacher's belief in their ability to face challenges. Job satisfaction is a positive emotion felt by someone towards aspects of their work. In this study, the number of respondents used was 37
people with a sampling method, namely the saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using a Likert scale modified by Natasya & Callista (2024) researchers based on the theory of teacher efficacy and theory of job satisfaction. The data obtained were processed using a simple linear regression analysis technique with the help of the Jeffrey's Amazing Statistics Program (JASP) version 19 application. Based on the results of the regression test, there is an efficacy of the teacher's role with a significance value of 0.035<0.05. So, that the results of this study prove that there is a positive role of teacher efficacy on job satisfaction of teachers at SDS Model Al-Azhar Medan. | en_US |
