This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, dividend policy, Institutional ownership, and green accounting on firm value, with Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure as a moderating variable. The research focuses on real estate and property sector
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2019–2024.
The method used is a quantitative approach with purposive sampling. Data were obtained from company annual reports and sustainability reports published by the firms. The analytical techniques employed are panel data regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) to test the moderating effect of CSR disclosure.
The results show that firm size and green accounting have a significant effect on firm value. Conversely, dividend policy and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect. Furthermore, CSR disclosure is proven to positively and significantly moderate the relationship between firm size and dividend policy on firm value, but does not significantly moderate the relationship between institutional ownership and green accounting on firm value.
