Workload is the ability of the worker's body to receive work. Workload measurement aims to obtain data on the level of effectiveness and efficiency of a job based on the amount of work that must be completed. This study focuses on measuring workload and fatigue in production workers at CV Super Jati. This study aims to analyze the physical workload and fatigue levels of production workers at CV Super Jati in order to determine the optimal number of workers needed. The methods used include work time measurement through Stopwatch Time Study, workload analysis using the Full Time Equivalent (FTE) method, and fatigue assessment using the Industrial Fatigue Research Committee (IFRC) questionnaire. The results indicate an imbalance of workload across workstations, with several workers experiencing overload and moderate to high levels of fatigue. Through the FTE calculations and fatigue analysis, it was found that adjustments in the number of workers are necessary to improve efficiency and reduce the risk of excessive fatigue at CV Super Jati. This research is expected to contribute to more effective human resource management in the furniture manufacturing industry.
