Analisis Kepuasan Petani Kopi (Coffea sp.) Terhadap Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian (Kasus: Desa Sitolu Bahal, Kecamatan Lintong Nihuta, Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan)

Abstract

Agricultural extension is an important part in the development of the agricultural sector, especially in improving the quality and productivity of farmers. The success of agricultural extension can be measured through the level of satisfaction of farmers on the performance of agricultural extension. The purpose of this study was to analyze the level of importance and performance of agricultural extension workers and farmers satisfaction with the performance of agricultural extension workers in Sitolu Bahal Village, Lintong Nihuta District, Humbang Hasundutan Regency. This study was conducted in 2024 with survey, interview, observation and documentation methods. The Data used consisted of primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data from documentation. The analysis methods used are Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results showed that agricultural extension workers in Sitolu Bahal village have a level of importance is important and the level of performance of extension workers is quite good. The results of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) analysis showed that farmers were quite satisfied with the performance of agricultural extension workers.
