Analisis Pengaruh Inklusi keuangan, Self-Efficacy dan Pengelolaan Keuangan Terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro di Kecamatan Tigapanah Kabupaten Karo

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Financial Inclusion, Self-Efficacy, and Financial Management on the Business Performance of Micro Enterprises in Tigapanah District, Karo Regency. The population of this study comprises micro business actors in Tigapanah District. The sample consisted of 75 micro entrepreneurs selected using a non-probability sampling method. The research data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to micro business actors in Tigapanah District. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that Financial Inclusion, Self-Efficacy, and Financial Management have a positive and significant effect on the Business Performance of Micro Enterprises in Tigapanah District, Karo Regency.
