Analisis Pengunaan Dana Desa Dalam Pembangunan Infrastruktur Dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat Di Desa Perbaji Kabupaten Karo Tahun 2023-2024

Abstract

This study is motivated by the implementation of infrastructure development and community empowerment programs in Perbaji Village, Karo Regency. The primary objective of this research is to examine whether the management and utilization of village funds for infrastructure development and community empowerment have been carried out optimally. This study holds significance as it seeks to assess the alignment of governance practices at the village level. The research is framed by the theoretical perspectives of good governance and community empowerment. A qualitative research method with a descriptive approach is employed, with data collected through in-depth interviews. The findings reveal that several infrastructure projects, such as road construction, have been implemented, alongside community empowerment programs including fertilizer subsidies and stunting prevention initiatives. However, some programs have encountered obstacles due to limited funding and misalignment with higher-level government agendas.
