Panji Yehuda Sitio (210304110) with the thesis titled “Analysis of Household Food Security Based on Food Consumption and Food Consumption Pattern Score (PPH) in Balige District.” This research was supervised by Satia Negara Lubis as the academic advisor and Yusak Maryunianta as the examiner. This study analyzes household food security in Balige District through energy and protein intake and the Food Consumption Pattern Score (PPH). Using a 24-hour food recall method on 90 households, results showed average consumption of 2,501.76 kcal and 107.35 grams of protein per capita per day—both exceeding national standards. The average PPH score was 83.99, indicating fairly good dietary diversity, though fruit and vegetable intake remained low. Overall, households show adequate food consumption, but improvements in dietary balance are still needed. Keywords: Food security, energy intake, protein, dietary diversity, PPH, Balige.en_US
