A common agricultural crop processed into various types of food is rice. Rice is often made into rice flour before being processed. This method, known as rice milling, uses specialized machines such as the FFC-15 disc mill. The aim of this research is to evaluate the performance of the milling machine by considering the moisture content of the material. In this study, the moisture content used was 10%, 12%, and 14%. The best results were obtained when the rice had a moisture content of 10%, according to the data. The highest yield was 95.1% at 10% moisture content, the effective capacity of the tool was 18.18 kg/hour at 10% moisture content, and at 14% moisture content, the highest percentage of leftover material was 9.9%. The Non-Factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was the methodology used in this study.en_US
