The Influence of E-Payment Service Quality on QRIS User Satisfaction: An Empirical Study On Undergraduate Accounting Students at The University Of Sumatera Utara
Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of e-payment service quality on QRIS user satisfaction among undergraduate accounting students at the University of Sumatera Utara. The service quality variables examined in this study include trust, ease of access, security perception, and social influence. A quantitative approach was used with a survey method, and the data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through the LISREL software. Data were collected from 89 respondents who had used QRIS at least three times in the past three months. The results show that trust and ease of access have a positive and significant effect, while security perception and social influence have a positive but not significant effect on QRIS user satisfaction. This study emphasizes the importance of improving service quality to enhance satisfaction and support the continued use of QRIS among students.
