Abstract

Manual administrative services in dental clinics often cause several issues such as long queues, delayed data recording, and a lack of integration between patients and doctors' schedules. FO Dental Care, as a private dental practice in the city of Pematangsiantar, requires a system that can help streamline and simplify these processes. To design and implement a web-based information system to support patient registration and appointment management at FO Dental Care. The system was developed using the waterfall method with PHP and MySQL technologies and tested using black box testing. The developed information system successfully provides features for online registration, doctor schedule management, and patient appointment booking. Testing results showed that all functionalities work as expected. The system effectively accelerates service processes and reduces manual recording errors. The implemented information system improves service efficiency and simplifies clinic administrative processes.
