Low Back Pain (LBP) is one of the most common musculoskeletal disorders contributing to global disability. Non-pharmacological approaches such as McKenzie exercise are widely used as an alternative in managing lower back pain. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of McKenzie exercise in reducing pain among patients with LBP. This research employed a Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) design. The sample consisted of 66 respondents who were randomly assigned into an intervention group and a control group, each consisting of 33 participants. Pain levels were assessed using the Numeric Pain Rating Scale (NPRS). Data were analyzed using the Mann–Whitney test. The results of the Mann–Whitney test showed a p-value of 0.001 (p < 0.05). The study concludes that McKenzie exercise is effective in reducing pain levels among LBP patients and is recommended as a non-pharmacological nursing intervention for pain management in individuals with LBP
