dc.description.abstract | Seis Cafe & Public Space di Kota Medan is a business that prioritizes
innovation in design and service. Employee work performance is an important
aspect in maintaining service quality. This employee's work performance is
influenced by various factors, including leadership style, work motivation, and
employee participation.This research is intended to analyze how the influence of
leadership style, work motivation, and participation on employee work
performance at Seis Cafe & Public Space di Kota Medan. The influence of
leadership style, work motivation, and participation will be analyzed partially and
simultaneously on employee work performance.
The form of research that was used in this research is quantitative form
with an associative approach. The samples in this research were taken with a
total sampling technique and used 30 respondents as the sample.The primary data
used in this research were acquired by distributing questionnaires directly,
whereas the secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The
methods of data analysis that were used are validity test, reliability test, classic
assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test.
The results of the study indicate that the variables of leadership style,
work motivation, and participation have a positive and significant effect both
partially and simultaneously on employee work performance at Seis Cafe &
Public Space di Kota Medan. The determination coefficient test shows that there
is a very close relationship between leadership style, work motivation, and
participation on work performance with an R value of 0.932. Through the
adjusted R square value, it is also known that the variables of leadership style,
work motivation, and participation contribute 85.4% to the work performance
variable while the remaining 14.6% is influenced by other variables not
discussed in this study. | en_US |
