The general objective of this study is to analyze what are the factors associated with Work Fatigue in Cleaning Service at Tk IV 01.07.01 Hospital Pematangsiantar City. The method in this study was quantitative conducted with an observational analytic approach using a cross sectional design. The sampling technique is Total Sampling where the sample size is 30 workers. Work fatigue data was taken using a 6027 reaction timer, intensity and duration of physical and mental workload were measured using the %CVL and NASA TLX questionnaires, health conditions were measured using questionnaire questions and nutritional status was measured using Body Mass Index. The work fatigue experienced by cleaning services found that work fatigue with mild results was obtained by 7 respondents, moderate with the results of 4 respondents and the category of severe fatigue was obtained by 19 respondents. Most worryingly, 17 respondents 56.7% fell into the not allowed to do activities category, the very high category, with 17 respondents 56.7%, indicating that more than half of the respondents experienced heavy mental workload, 19 respondents 63.3% reported health problems and 10 respondents 33.3% fell into the obese category, indicating overweight. Data analysis was performed using the spearman correlation statistical test with a p-value <0.05. the results showed that there was a associated between the intensity and duration of physical and mental workload, health conditions and no associated between nutritional status and work fatigue. it is recommended that the hospital regulate employee workload proportionally. Implementation of task rotation, providing adequate rest time, and setting work targets.
