dc.description.abstract | This study aims to evaluate the performance of a stationary diesel engine using a blended fuel composed of coffee grounds-based biodiesel, Liqui Moly additive, and diesel. Tests were conducted at three blend concentrations—B40, B50, and B60—and four load variations: 1500 g, 2500 g, 3500 g, and 4500 g. The performance parameters analyzed include torque, output power, specific fuel consumption (SFC), thermal efficiency, and exhaust emissions such as CO, CO₂, HC, and O₂. The test results indicate that the use of coffee grounds biodiesel combined with Liqui Moly additive enhances combustion efficiency and reduces CO and HC emissions, although it tends to increase CO₂ levels. The most optimal blend was found at B50 with Liqui Moly, which delivered high thermal efficiency along with significant emission reductions. This research supports the utilization of waste-based renewable energy and highlights the potential of additives in improving alternative fuel performance. | en_US |
