dc.description.abstractThis study examines the strategy of utilizing the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) to enhance transaction effectiveness in the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) sector, specifically at the Waiting List Coffee shop located in Padang Bulan, Medan. Employing a qualitative case study approach, this research explores the implementation process of QRIS, its impact on transaction speed and convenience, as well as the challenges encountered during its use. The findings indicate that the adoption of QRIS significantly accelerates the payment process, minimizes recording errors, and improves customer satisfaction. The main challenges identified include limited digital literacy among users and internet connectivity issues. Strategies such as customer education and intensive promotion have proven effective in increasing QRIS adoption. This study recommends enhancing digital literacy training and improving network infrastructure to support the sustainable digital transformation of MSMEsen_US
