This study aims to design and develop a small-scale Solar Power Plant (PLTS) system with an off-grid configuration to meet the basic electricity needs of households. The system is designed using main components such as solar panels, batteries, an inverter, and a charge controller, which are capable of storing and converting solar energy into electrical energy that can be used independently without connection to the national electricity grid (PLN). The test results show that the system is capable of producing electricity according to the basic household needs, such as lighting and charging electronic devices. This system serves as a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy solution, especially suitable for remote areas. The main challenge is the energy instability influenced by sunlight intensity and ambient temperature, thus requiring regular maintenance and periodic capacity upgrades.en_US
