Drama as a literary genre serves as a mirror to real life, representing social dynamics and human values. It does not merely present fictional narratives, but also functions as a reflective medium that captures moral realities within society. This study aims to describe and analyze the moral values contained in Kumpulan Naskah Drama Terlena (The Collection of Terlena Drama Scripts) by Sukarjan, using the moral value theory proposed by Nurgiyantoro and a literary sociology approach. The research adopts a descriptive qualitative method with content analysis techniques applied to the dramatic texts. Data were collected through literature review and note-taking techniques, then analyzed by classifying the drama scripts based on their main themes: family, education, and history. The findings reveal that the characters in the drama scripts represent three categories of moral values. First, the relationship between humans and themselves (individual morality), which is reflected in values such as honesty, hard work, acknowledgment of mistakes, wisdom, and personal transformation. Second, the relationship between humans and others (social morality), demonstrated through affection, mutual assistance, social concern, sacrifice, social responsibility, nationalism, devotion to the people and homeland, as well as unity and solidarity. Third, the relationship between humans and God (religious morality), which is manifested through worship, prayer, acceptance of divine destiny, and submission to God. Thus, the Terlena drama scripts do not merely convey moral messages in an aesthetic form, but also reflect social realities and offer critical insights into issues faced by society.
